Employee Spotlight: Nam H.
Production Manager
14,600 days or 40 years! (Nam is our longest tenured employee). My job is to ensure that our manufacturing processes on the shop floor run reliably and efficiently. I plan and organize our production schedule including the purchasing of raw materials, estimate and agree to budgets and timescales with our clients, and I ensure that all of our health and safety regulations are met.
What aspect of your role at A&J do you like the most?
Everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other. We’re a great team!
What is on your wish list for the next 5-10 years with A&J?
Retirement 🙂

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? Seafood
What is on your bucket list? Visit my sister again in Vietnam
What is your definition of success? Helping someone else succeed, and not just at work, but in their personal lives too
